Cascade are a 3 or 4 piece West Lothian based wedding and function band who have performed all across Scotland, from Dumfries and Perth to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Inverness.

They offer a professional and enjoyable entertainment package and have over 20 years of experience playing in a complete range of venues, from small pubs to Edinburgh to Stirling Castle. This band can easily cater for any event and have played at marquee weddings, rugby and golf clubs, masonic lodge dances and corporate award ceremonies.

The band is made up of Deek, Lynn, Derek and Stevie.

​

Lynn is a brilliant female vocalist with an excellent range of styles including disco, soul, rock and many other genres featuring artists such as Adele, Stevie Nicks, Lady Gaga and ABBA. Lynn has done session work in the past for various bands and has even recorded a single and as the lead vocalist now works very hard to make sure the audience has a great night with the band.

 

Deek is an experienced and versatile drummer with over 20 years experience playing in function bands. He has played in shows up and down the country and has recently performed in Les Miserables, Sunshine on Leith, Witches of Eastwick with Marti Pellow and most recently, Wicked. His career has taken him to some of the greatest venues in the world including The Edinburgh Playhouse, Royal Albert Hall and The Sydney Opera House. A standout career highlight was performing in the London 2012 Olympic Games Opening Ceremony.

Stevie is an accomplished and versatile bass player. He is also a brilliant singer and backing vocalist which gives the band more interesting sound and opens the door to a wider range of songs. He covers all styles from Bruno Mars and Robbie Williams to The Killers and Stereophonics. A former session player, he has also completed an album in London.

Derek is a versatile guitarist with a superb sound who can play anything from funk to heavy rock numbers. A former session player for Edinburgh Studios and experienced sound engineer, he ensures that the band has a quality sound. Derek is also one of our vocalists, adding to our versatility.

Cascade play a range of instruments and are adaptable to any style and genre. They can learn new songs and cater to most requests.
